To Our Valued Community,
I am writing to address a recent matter involving our communications with a client concerning unpaid bills and the return of our goods. Specifically, I regretfully acknowledge that I reached out to the client's publicly available personal connections on Facebook in a manner that has been perceived as harassment by disclosing the matter of the unpaid bills and unreturned goods to a number of their contacts. This is an issue between ourselves and the client, and it was not appropriate for me to share this with their wider connections.  For this, I extend my apologies.
I take responsibility for my actions. The recent passing of my father has significantly impacted my emotional state, and I allowed my actions to be influenced by personal frustration and grief. However, this does not excuse my behaviour or the careless nature of these communications.
I apologise to the individual affected for not considering the potential impact on their well-being. Moving forward, I will use the appropriate official avenues to recover our equipment and funds, ensuring all future interactions are conducted with the utmost professionalism and respect.
